Escape to Namibia on a 4-day photography tour within the Erindi Private Game Reserve! This African country is an unmissable destination for wildlife photography and the reserve is home to some of the continent's most recognised animals, as well as endangered species.
During this workshop, you'll have fantastic opportunities to capture spectacular images of elephants, lions, giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, antelopes, rhinos, leopards, a plethora of bird life and more!
Along the way, you'll explore the remarkable landscapes that make Namibia an absolute delight for landscape photography. This is where indigenous trees meet with vast grasslands across the rugged plains, creating endless opportunities for unique backdrops on which to capture the wildlife.
This photography workshop is a great extension to our 11 Day Namibia Photography Tour, providing a wildlife aspect in addition to landscape photography within the salt pans of Sossusvlei, ancient quiver tree forests and the abandoned mining town of Kolmanskop. Combine the two tours for a unique insight into Namibia that you'll never forget.

Itinerary
Day 1 - Windhoek to Erindi
We'll meet together as a group in the morning of day one, after which we'll journey from the capital city Windhoek into the Erindi Private Game Reserve. Once we arrive at the Reserve, we'll check in to our accommodation and have a rest before coming together for lunch.
After lunch, you will receive a presentation on the finer points of wildlife photography. You'll then have the chance to practice your newfound knowledge during our first sunset drive through the Reserve.
Get ready to capture the stunning wildlife in the warm, inviting light of golden hour. You may have the chance to photograph giraffes, zebras, oryx, wildebeest, waterbuck, impala, hyenas, warthog, lions and other animals as they prowl through the Reserve.
Once the sun sets, we'll make our way back to our accommodation for dinner.
In the evening, there is an optional night safari drive that you may take, though there is also the option of staying in for a post-processing masterclass with our guides.

Days 2 - 3: Erindi
The next two days will be spent photographing the wildlife when they are at their most active – during the early hours of the morning and at sunset.
In the afternoons, we will engage in further presentations and post-processing masterclasses, which will be the perfect time for you to preview the photos that you have taken. It is the perfect opportunity for seeking critique and feedback from your guides, in order to improve your skills.
After dinner on each day, we will head out on night safari drives, which will give you the exciting opportunity to photograph nocturnal species as they sneak around in the cover of darkness.

Day 4 - Erindi to Windhoek
This will be our final day of shooting. In the morning, we'll head out for a sunrise safari of the park. Thereafter, we will return to our accommodation for breakfast, then pack our things to begin the journey back to Windhoek.
The drive will take us around 3 hours. On arrival, you will have time to check in to your hotel before we convene again as a group in the evening for a farewell dinner.
If you'll be joining us on our 11-Day Namibia Photography Tour, then you'll be able to meet your group for the next part of the journey, as they will be joining us at the restaurant.
