An aerial view of the Icelandic Highlands in summer. The patterns in these rhyolite mountains when the snow melts can result in interesting shapes. Sometimes, the ridge-lines even look like orcas! During winter, these patterns are not able to be seen, as the mountains are completely smothered in a deep layer of snow. Have you ever wanted to visit the mysterious, unexplored area of the Highlands? Join me on my next photo workshop. During summer, Iceland becomes the Land of the Midnight Sun. This means that the sun never really drops below the horizon and there is close to 24 hours of daylight. If you're wondering how I sleep during this period... I don't! I stay up all night chasing the perfect light! Would you like to chase the light with me? Join me on my next Midnight Sun adventure.
